About Raja Uppuluri

It would be an understatement to deem Raja a valuable asset to the Land Services Group team. His impeccable academic background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, a Master in Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, and finally an MBA in Finance from McGill University.

As the first sales representative to join Land Services Group, equipping the company with its many niches, Raja considers land development to be his unique selling proposition. When working with a client, he consistently adds value as a builder and answers all questions with the unvarnished truth about the real estate market, as well as the land itself. Raja’s financial background is a great advantage when providing cost estimates. 

Prior to joining LSG, he had been building custom luxury homes in the GTA. His extensive knowledge in infill home construction/developments has bagged him the Best Builder award in the Durham Region’s “Under 4,500+sqft” category. Raja is a big believer of going the extra mile to give his clients more than they expect. An adept in identifying promising properties, his services bring great value to his clients, in addition to his amicable nature that makes it easy for his clients to work with him.

Raja believes in Land Services Group’s vision and intends on giving back to his community. He is an active member of his community who participates in various fundraising events for United Way. A proud father of two beautiful children, he loves to play cricket in his spare time, travel the world, and spend time with his family and friends!
